Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as communicated on the Platform. nuebeplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
All account balances, bets, and transactions on nuebeplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nuebeplay does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which nuebeplay accepts no responsibility.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. nuebeplay reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction.

nuebeplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nuebeplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your account, nuebeplay will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to nuebeplay, including any bonus funds subject to forfeiture. Accounts closed due to fraud or material breach of these Terms may have their entire balance forfeited.
You may close your nuebeplay account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and nuebeplay, you agree to first contact nuebeplay's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. nuebeplay will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent nuebeplay from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
nuebeplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nuebeplay will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
